APPRENTICE WORKSHOP
During winter, apprentices spend eight weeks at the training workshop in Mindelheim. KUTTER winter school is a concept designed to optimise training in commercial areas. All the apprentices learn together for the intermediate exam and final exam. Our trainers provide in-depth experience in the practical activities of road construction workers (m/f/d), bricklayers (m/f/d) and concreters (m/f/d). Additionally, over a total period of 17 weeks, revision and consolidation of the profession-specific knowledge required are performed at an external vocational training centre.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR APPRENTICES: WINNING TOGETHER
Teamwork is one of the most important aspects of the working world. At KUTTER, we want to reinforce the sense of WE, right from the training stage. Through initiatives such as a trip to the mountains for apprentices or a team building activity at the climbing wall, we send out the message that we are only strong together.
OUR TRAINING CHAMBERS
In the area of our trainings, we work together with the Chamber of Crafts for Swabia as well as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Swabia. Depending on the chosen training profession, all examinations take place before these chambers. Our graduates benefit from a qualification from a state-recognized institution.

RELIABILITY, QUALITY & FLEXIBILITY
Nowadays, many services are outsourced and assigned to external service providers. We firmly believe, however, that in-house expertise in all areas is the key to success – which relies on us having our own, well-trained personnel as well as an extensive fleet of machinery and vehicles, which we also service, maintain and repair ourselves. This means we are extremely flexible, professional and can deploy teams quickly. In addition, the hierarchies within our organisation are as flat as possible to keep the decision-making paths short. All of this defines us and what we do. We are proud to offer and deliver our construction services in a way that is customer focused, professional and cost effective. After all, construction is our passion. Yesterday, today and in the future.
