Attorney of the KUTTER Group
In accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), KUTTER has appointed a lawyer as an ombudsman (trusted attorney) for whistleblowers to provide a trusted point of contact for the Compliance Management System (CMS). Attorneys' confidentiality protects the identity of whistleblowers and does not disclose this information to KUTTER.
After review by the ombudsman, information will only be passed on to KUTTER's Compliance Officer – Dr. Markus Mohrdieck – if the whistleblower has expressly consented.

Attorney Dr. André Große Vorholt from Munich is available to all employees as well as internal and external stakeholders who wish to confidentially report suspected criminal offenses or similarly serious irregularities related to KUTTER.
In cases of doubt, the Ombudsman Dr. André Große Vorholt is available for consultation free of charge.
